Author and speaker Brian McLaren will speak on “Christian Identity in a Multifaith World” on Saturday, Feb. 22, 3 to 5 p.m. at St. John’s ProCathedral in a program presented by the Guibord Center. McClaren will address the questions of whether one can be a committed Christian without having to either condemn or convert people of other faiths, and if it’s possible to affirm other religious traditions without watering down one’s own faith.
