Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner, February 9

Everyone is invited to celebrate Shrove Tuesday on February 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall with pancakes, sausage, friends and good music! Dinner will be promptly at 6 p.m. and the suggested donation for the pancake dinner is $5 person or $10 per family. Shrove Tuesday is the day before Ash Wednesday, and was traditionally viewed as a day of repentance. Shrove Tuesday has become the last day for celebration and feasting before a period of fasting and abstinence during the Lenten season. Pancake Cooks are needed for this event!  If you would like to help  please contact Anne Hopkinson (anne@asbts.org).
