Donations Needed to Support
Our Giving Tree Partner Charities!

Each year we count on our parish to make sure that the less fortunate can celebrate the joy of the season. Year over year, your generosity brings so much joy and hope!

The Outreach Committee is pleased to sponsor the Giving Tree again this year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Giving Tree is going virtual! This year, more than ever, we need your help to bring joy, make spirits bright, and help fulfill holiday wishes!

The following four organizations are very grateful to be a part of the Giving Tree again, and they have expressed that their individuals and families are very much in need this year. The organizations will not be able to host their usual holiday gatherings this year and have requested gift cards to give to the individuals and families in need, or money to purchase the items on the individuals’ wishlists for them. We have 20 individuals participating from each organization, which means we have 80 individuals total to support this Christmas!

  • Family Service Agency – Established in 1899, FSA improves the health and well-being of our community’s most vulnerable children, families and seniors by ensuring access to food, shelter and other basic needs, as well as providing case management, advocacy, and mental health programs.
  • Noah’s Anchorage – Noah’s Anchorage operates programs that provide a continuum of care to underserved at-risk youth, young adults and families experiencing homelessness, neglect, and abuse in the greater Santa Barbara area.
  • Angels Bearing Gifts – Angels Bearing Gifts brings happiness to people with developmental disabilities who have no one to remember them by providing gifts on birthdays and holidays.
  • Mental Wellness Center – Since 1947, the Mental Wellness Center has been building hope for individuals and families, providing support in recovery and raising awareness of mental health within the Santa Barbara community.

Giving Tree Donations Needed: (80 individuals in need)

  • $25 – will provide one gift card for food
  • $50 – will provide one child with clothes and a toy or game
  • $75 – will provide one adult with clothes and a small gift
  • $100 – will provide four gift cards for food

Donate now through the parish website by clicking here! Please select “Outreach” as your donation type, and write “Giving Tree” in the comments field. If you don’t specify “Giving Tree” in the comments section your donation may not be correctly allocated.

Alternatively, you can also drop off a check through the mail slot at the All Saints by the Sea office. Please put the check in an envelope and write “Giving Tree” on the envelope. If you would like to support a specific organization, please note the organization’s name in the notes or on your envelope. We will ensure your donation helps the individuals in that particular organization.

We will be accepting donations now through Sunday, November 29th.
In the event that we exceed the capacity of need for gifts this holiday season, we will put the funds towards grant-giving opportunities that benefit our local community outreach.
