Miramar Project Information

During much of 2024, a working group consisting of Rev. Channing and lay leaders have been actively exploring the impact of the Rosewood Miramar Beach expansion project on All Saints.

The Miramar proposal includes 26 affordable housing units on the eastern portion of the hotel’s property, plus approximately 8 luxury apartments and 12 luxury boutiques on the western edge of the project, where the flat parking lot currently sits next to the All Saints Sanctuary.

The luxury apartments and shops would be built immediately adjacent to the north church parking lot exit lane and wrap around the property line in front of the Columbarium and Parish Hall. The two-story buildings will block virtually all of the church and campus visual connection to the Santa Ynez Mountain range.

Below are various documents about the All Saints opposition to the proposed expansion of the Miramar Hotel.
