The campaign now totals nearly $9.3 million from 168 gifts. Once the match is fulfilled we will turn our sights to raising the remaining $800,000 required to fund the project’s estimated $10.1 million construction costs. Gifts of all sizes are welcome and needed.
We are inspired by the continued progress of the campaign, and greatly appreciate the generous and dedicated support expressed by so many parishioners. “It is only together that we will ensure that our beloved Sanctuary stands strong to nurture Christians for generations to come,” said Rev. Aimée.
In April five parish families added to their already generous gifts to establish a matching gift challenge. All new gifts, which may be paid over 1 to 5 years, will be matched up to $500,000! We are delighted to report that more than 90 parishioners have responded to the match, providing our campaign with a critical boost in fundraising. While we are very close to reaching the match, more gifts are needed before the July 31 deadline.
