Altar Guild – Flower Guild

The Altar Guild is composed of two dozen women who are each on one of 12 teams that maintain the silver and linens for the altar, set the altar for each service, remove and wash all items, and set trays for the weekday services. The Altar Guild monitors the supplies of wafers and wine, changes all the liturgical hangings appropriately based on the season and days of the year, and supports the Clergy as needed on Sundays.

The Flower Guild is comprised of 20 parishioners organized in teams of two to make the arrangements for each side of the altar and the Chapel every Saturday morning. Flowers are purchased directly from growers. After the 10 a.m. service, the arrangements are dismantled and smaller bouquets are distributed to selected parishioners as a reminder that All Saints holds them in our prayers and our thoughts.
