Appointments to Fill Vestry Vacancies Announced

According to the bylaws of All Saints, the Vestry must fill any vacancies that occur in between Annual Meetings.  Unfortunately we have had two such vacancies arise recently.  Kent Damon passed away at the end of March this year and Charley Cairns has reluctantly stepped down in order to recuperate after a planned surgery.

While the circumstances of these vacancies are terribly sad, it is with great pleasure that the Vestry announces the appointment of Charlotte Ditirro and David Telleen-Lawton to fill them.  Charlotte was appointed at the May meeting of the Vestry, and David at the June meeting.  Charlotte and David – thanks for your service!

Charlotte Elizabeth (Chuck) DiTirro
was born and raised in the Detroit area. She attended Western Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising. Following graduation, Charlotte went on to become a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines, allowing her to travel the world, for 18 years. After retiring from the airline industry, Chuck achieved her national certification, as a licensed massage therapist. While living in Kansas City, Missouri she met her husband, Frank on an airplane. They married in December 2002, at Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church. While living in Kansas City, they attended both St. Andrew’s Episcopal, as well as Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral in downtown, Kansas City, for over 10 years. Having been in Santa Barbara since July 2013 Charlotte and Frank have enjoyed being involved with the parish out reach programs and becoming an active part of the All Saints community.
