The world’s population as a whole is living longer. And the concept of aging well to promote health and well-being is fundamental to increasing length and quality of life.
In order to address this issue and to offer support and information, Senior Planning Services of Santa Barbara will delivering a series of two talks on the subject. You are invited to join parishioners from our other Montecito churches (El Montecito Presbyterian, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and Montecito Covenant) as Senior Planning Services:
Part 1 will explore Mind, Body, Nutrition, and Movement and will be held at the All-Saints-By-The-Sea Parish Hall on Thursday, June 26 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. The part 1 panel includes Erick Wilk, M.D.; Kristin Hoye, MSW, CMT, Director of Family Services Santa Barbara Friendship Center; Khabir Sourhwick, Traditional Naturopath; and Charles Bissell, D.C.
Part 2 will explore Financial Well Being and will be held at El Montecito Presbyterian Church on Thursday, July 31, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
