Chip Nichols, Ladeen Miller To Lead Parish in 2014; New Vestry, Other Positions Filled at Annual Meeting

The Nominating Committee, chaired by 2013-14 Junior Warden Sally Messerlian, reviewed the nominees for various leadership positions in the parish.  Elections were held at the Annual Meeting on Feb. 23, 2014.  Elected to the Vestry were Doug Davidson, Bill Macfadyen, Pamela Hawes, Charles Cairns, Ladeen Miller, and Bitsy Bacon. The newly elected 2014-15 Vestry met for an organizing meeting following the Annual Meeting.  Father Bob requested that current Senior Warden Chip Nichols stay on to again lead the parish; and he agreed.

The Vestry is responsible for electing the Junior Warden and Ladeen Miller was named to this post.  Fred Allen will serve as Parish Treasurer while Pamela Hawes was elected to the post of Clerk.

Those elected to serve as delegates to the Diocesan Convention included Anne and Alan Hopkinson, David Reichert, Leslie Ridley-Tree, Kathie Deviny, Lynn Cowell, and Amy and Marshall Miller as Alternates.  Members of the 2014 Nominating Committee are Ed Birch, Allison Moehlis, and Sandy McCartney.

We thank each of these individuals and the dozens upon dozens more who serve in both visible roles and performing vital jobs behind the scenes.  We all are indeed grateful!
