Phase 2 Permit Process Gets Under Way

Within the next month, the County will advise us of any necessary changes to the Conditional Use Permit application, and once those are addressed (usually another 30 to 60 days) we will be scheduled for a hearing before the Montecito Board of Architectural Review. They will ultimately make a recommendation to the County Planning Department; anyone may appear to comment.
